Gramercy Capital declares regular 63-cent dividend

Gramercy Capital Corp. said Wednesday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 63 cents.

The commercial real estate finance company said the dividend is payable July 15 to shareholders of record June 30.

This stock is currently priced at 6.69 per share and has declared a regular quarterly dividend. So I'll get $2.52 per year for every share purchased.
It's been upgraded from 2 stars to 3 stars on the caps rating. As long as it pays out the dividend, I'm okay with owning it.
That would be a 37% return....
if the price starts rebounding, my return is even higher. I agree it is hard to tell where their exposure is in the public housing sector, but their bottom line is still firmly in the black and looking healthy.
