HILLSBORO, Ore. (AP) _ Lattice Semiconductor Corp. on Thursday raised the low end of its second-quarter revenue guidance range.

NEW YORK (AP) _ China Medical Technologies Inc., which makes tumor therapy and in-vitro diagnostic equipment, on Thursday projected adjusted fiscal 2008 profit of between $2.87 and $2.96 per share.
