International Flavors & Fragrances CFO to resign

Flavor and scent maker International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. said Monday that Douglas J. Wetmore will step down as the company's senior vice president and chief financial officer.
The company said Wetmore will continue to serve as CFO until July 31.
The company said it has hired an executive search firm and is interviewing external and internal candidates for the post.
International Flavors said it expects to name a new CFO before Wetmore leaves the position in July.
Shares fell 32 cents to $40.87.
