Linn Energy to offer $400M in unsecured notes

Linn Energy LLC and its subsidiary, Linn Energy Finance Corp., plan to offer $400 million in senior unsecured notes due 2018, the oil and gas company said Monday.

Linn Energy said it plans to use proceeds from the offer to repay debt under its second lien term loan facility.
