Among the initial public offerings stories for Tuesday, June 17, from AP Financial News:

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. (AP) _ Metropark USA Inc., a mall-based specialty retailer, said Friday it has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Varolii Corp., which makes on-demand customer service software, has canceled its planned an initial public offering due to market conditions, according to a regulatory filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

ATLANTA (AP) _ Investment manager Invesco Ltd. said Monday it has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of Invesco Agency Securities Inc., a real estate investment trust.
