NEW YORK (AP) _ Mexico-based cement producer Cemex SAB de CV on Tuesday issued a second-quarter earnings outlook above Wall Street's expectations, but cut its full-year pretax earnings prediction citing a further weakening of the U.S. construction market.

HERSHEY, Pa. (AP) _ Candy company Hershey Co. on Tuesday reaffirmed its 2008 earnings outlook and said it will boost its advertising support for its core brands to deliver long-term sales and profit growth.
