Integra Bank names new director

Integra Bank Corp. on Wednesday said its board approved the appointment of Robert L. Goocher as a director.

Goocher is vice president and treasurer of Vectren Corp., a natural gas utility headquartered in Evansville.

Integra said Goocher will serve on the board's audit committee and ALCO and finance committee.
