Premiere Global, Ronald A. Katz settle patent suit

Business communications services provider Premiere Global Services Inc. and Ronald A. Katz Technology Licensing LP have settled patent litigation, the companies said on Wednesday.

As part of the settlement, Atlanta-based Premiere agreed to pay an undisclosed sum for a nonexclusive license under a patent portfolio Katz owns relating to interactive voice applications, the companies said.
