W.P. Carey raises dividend to 48.7 cents

W.P. Carey & Co. LLC said its board increased its quarterly distribution by 2 cents, or 4 percent, to 48.7 cents.

The real estate investment manager said the dividend is payable July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 30.
