Ambassadors Group director sells shares

A director at Ambassadors Group Inc., which organizes educational travel programs, sold 15,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, John A. Ueberroth reported he sold the shares Tuesday for $17.50 to $17.73 apiece.

Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.

Ambassadors Group is based in Spokane, Wash.
