Sonus holders re-elect 3 directors

Sonus Networks Inc. shareholders re-elected three directors to three-year terms on the board, the maker of networking equipment said Friday.

Sonus said holders voted at the annual meeting to put Hassan Ahmed, John Cunningham and Paul Severino back on the board.

Sonus shares closed Friday down 19 cents, or 4.1 percent, at $4.49. The stock has traded between $2.92 and $8.85 over the past 52 weeks.
