Advanced Analogic Technologies COO resigns

Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc., which makes chips for wireless phones and digital cameras, said Monday its chief operating officer, Parviz Ghaffaripour, has resigned.
Ghaffaripour also held the title of executive vice president.
The company did not say whether it has chosen a successor.
Shares fell 7 cents to $5.15 in after-hours trading. During regular trading, shares dipped 25 cents, or 4.6 percent, to close at $5.22.
