CBRE Realty Finance pays off credit line

CBRE Realty Finance Inc., a real estate finance company, said Monday it paid off and terminated a credit facility.

The facility was funded by Wachovia Bank N.A.

Shares of CBRE Realty Finance fell 24 cents, or 6.1 percent, to $3.69 in after-hours trading.
