Navarre finance chief buys 10,000 shares

The executive vice president and chief financial officer of home-entertainment software maker Navarre Corp. bought 10,000 shares of commons stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, J. Reid Porter reported buying the shares for $1.80 apiece Wednesday.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
Navarre is based in New Hope, Minn.
