Gilat Satellite Networks names new CFO

Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., a provider of products and services for satellite-based communications networks, said Tuesday it named Ari Krashin chief financial officer.

Krashin replaces Tal Payne, who left the company to take a similar position at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd.

Prior to being appointed CFO, Krashin served as Gilat Satellite's financial director since 2005. He has worked in the company's finance department since 2000.

Gilat Satellite also named Yaniv Reinhold vice president of financial planning, treasury and administration.
