World Fuel Services officer buys shares

An officer of fuel provider World Fuel Services Corp. bought 3,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Michael Clementi, the president of the World Fuel Services Inc. subsidiary, reported he bought the shares on Thursday for $21.75 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
World Fuel Services is based in Miami.
