Footwear and accessories retailer Genesco Inc. said Tuesday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend for its classes of preferred stock for the quarter ending Aug. 2.
Series 1 shareholders will receive $0.575 per share, while series 3 and 4 shareholders will receive $1.1875 per share. Subordinated cumulative preferred stockholders will receive $0.375 per share.
The dividend is payable July 30 to shareholders of record July 15.
