Graham Corp., which makes vacuum and heat transfer systems, said Wednesday that J. Ronald Hansen will retire as chief financial officer on Aug. 1.
Hansen, 61, joined the company in 1993 and has overseen the company's human resources and information technology departments. He will work in a consulting role as the company searches for a successor.
Graham also said that current Controller Jennifer Condame, 43, will be appointed chief accounting officer at the end of this month. Condame, who has served as controller since 1994, was previously an audit manager with PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP.
Graham shares hit a new 52--week high of $77.90 earlier in the session, but in afternoon trading slipped $2.19, or 2.9 percent, to $74.14.
