NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of hospice services provider Odyssey Healthcare Inc. fell sharply Wednesday, as a Cowen analyst slapped a sell rating on the stock, predicting Medicare rate cuts will hurt profit growth for years to come.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Compuware Corp. rose Wednesday after a JPMorgan analyst upgraded the stock to "Overweight" from "Neutral," saying the company is in a better position to report more consistent revenue and should beat cash-flow estimates.
