Nasdaq OMX SVP leaves to run Dubai exchange

Exchange operator Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. said Monday Jeff Singer, its senior vice president of international listings, will be leaving the company to become chief executive of the Dubai International Financial Exchange.

Nasdaq OMX holds a 33-percent ownership stake in the Dubai exchange.

Singer was responsible for global listings business development and managing relationships with companies outside of the Americas while serving as a senior vice president for Nasdaq OMX.
