Electronics contract manufacturer Sanmina-SCI Corp. said Monday it completed the sale of some personal computing business operations and associated logistics services in Australia, Hungary, Mexico and the U.S. to Foxteq Holdings Inc.
Sanmina-SCI announced the sale in February. At the time, the company said it expected proceeds would be between $80 million and $90 million.
Sanmina-SCI said the deal allows it to focus on core business and targeted end markets.
