Silicon Storage: SEC ends options investigation

Flash memory chip maker Silicon Storage Technology Inc. said Monday it was formally notified by the Securities and Exchange Commission that an investigation into its stock option granting practices has ended without any enforcement action recommended.
The company also said it was told by the Nasdaq that with the holding of its annual meeting on June 27, the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements.
Shares finished Monday's trading unchanged at $2.72.
