H.B. Fuller names James Owens as Senior VP

H.B. Fuller Co., a maker of adhesives, sealants, paints and other specialty chemicals, said Tuesday that James J. Owens will become senior vice president for the North American region on Sept. 2.
Most recently Owens, 44, ran the North American adhesives business at Henkel following German company's acquisition of National Starch. Owens served National Starch in various positions for 22 years.
Shares of H.B. Fuller rose 63 cents, or 2.9 percent, to $22.57.
