Ann Taylor Stores Corp. said Tuesday that its supply chain chief has resigned and that it has expanded the role of two other executives.
Chief Supply Chain Officer Anthony Romano, 46, resigned to pursue other interests, the company said in a statement. The women's clothing retailer said it would announce Romano's replacement shortly.
Chief Financial Officer Michael Nicholson, 41, will add information technology and procurement to his responsibilities.
Brian Lynch, president of the division that oversees corporate store operations, will now also oversee the e-commerce and real estate matters. Lynch, 50, takes the new title president of corporate operations.
Ann Taylor shares fell 59 cents, or 2.8 percent, to $20.63 in trading after the opening bell Tuesday.
