NEW YORK (AP) _ One analyst downgraded Kimberly-Clark Corp. and another reiterated a "Sell" rating Tuesday after the maker of Huggies Diapers and Kleenex tissues lowered its second-quarter and full-year outlook below Wall Street expectations.

NEW YORK (AP) _ An analyst on Tuesday upgraded Nike Inc., due to its relatively cheap share price and the belief that the athletic apparel and footwear maker's U.S. prospects are improving.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Genentech Inc. rose in premarket trading Tuesday after the biotechnology company reported solid second-quarter sales of most of its key drugs and raised its annual profit forecast.
