NEW YORK (AP)_ Shares of Bellus Health Inc. gained Wednesday after the Canadian biotechnology company said it will buy privately-held Innodia Inc. for about $1.3 million, gaining development programs for diabetes and obesity therapies.

NEW YORK (AP) _ ViroPharma Inc. shares wavered Wednesday as Wall Street took a second look at the company's buyout of Lev Pharmaceuticals and Lev's drug candidate Cinryze.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of American Eagle Outfitters Inc. rose on Wednesday, as analysts said the teen apparel retailer is moving in the right direction to improve results.
