RR Donnelley & Sons Co. said Wednesday it expects to earn at least 67 cents a share from continuing operations in the second quarter and reaffirmed its prediction that full-year earnings from continuing operations would fall between $3.08 and $3.15 per share.
Excluding one-time restructuring costs, the commercial printing company said second-quarter profit would be at least 72 cents a share, which would meet a consensus estimate from analysts polled by Thomson Financial.
RR Donnelley said revenue for the quarter was expected to be approximately $2.9 billion. Analysts predicted it would be close to $3 billion.
It plans to release final results Aug. 6.
