Atlas Pipeline Holdings LP, which owns the general partner interest in natural gas pipeline operator Atlas Pipeline Partners, LP, on Tuesday declared quarterly cash distribution of 51 cents.

The distribution will be paid on Aug. 19 to holders of record as of Aug. 6. It represents an 8 cent, or 19 percent, increase over the company's first quarter 2008 distribution of 43 cents.
