International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. on Tuesday said its board declared an increase to its quarterly dividend by 2 cents to 25 cents per share.

The company, which makes scents and flavors for consumer products, said the dividend is payable Oct. 2 to shareholders of record Sept. 18.
