Amtech solar subsidiary receives $7.5M order

Amtech Systems Inc., which makes microchip and solar manufacturing equipment, said Wednesday that its solar subsidiary has received a $7.5 million order from a customer in Asia.

Amtech said its Tempress Systems Inc. subsidiary will supply diffusion processing systems. No other terms were given.
