Fool -- Now's the time to invest! David and Tom Gardner's new book reveals their strategy for million dollar wealth.

Shares of some top managed care companies were up at the close of trading:

Aetna rose $.26 or .6 percent, to $43.17.

CIGNA rose $.68 or 1.6 percent, to $42.46.

Coventry Healthcare rose $.35 or 1.0 percent, to $35.34.

Humana rose $.37 or .8 percent, to $46.06.

UnitedHealth rose $.63 or 2.1 percent, to $30.06.

WellPoint rose $.63 or 1.2 percent, to $53.06.
