NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ Genesco Inc. on Thursday raised its per-share profit outlook for the year, and said it now expects to earn between $2.15 to $2.20 per share.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) _ Shoe retailer DSW Inc. on Thursday reiterated its outlook for earnings per share and same-store sales for its current fiscal year ending Jan. 31.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ Del Monte Foods Co. issued a mixed outlook Thursday as it swung to a fiscal first-quarter loss amid inflationary pressures on ingredients and raw products.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) _ Discount retailer and pharmacy chain Fred's Inc. on Thursday reiterated its outlook for 2008 income between 54 cents and 58 cents per share.
