Chubb Corp., a property and casualty insurer, spent $748,487 lobbying in the second quarter on insurance-related legislation and other issues, according to a recent disclosure report.
The Warren, N.J.-based company lobbied Congress on legislation related to floods and disasters, homeowners and autos, regulation of the insurance industry, consumer product safety, bankruptcy law, labor issues, taxes and trade, according to the report filed July 21 with the House clerk's office.
