Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at noon:

Aetna rose $.47 or 1.1 percent, to $43.64.

CIGNA fell $.43 or 1.0 percent, to $42.03.

Coventry Healthcare fell $.07 or .2 percent, to $35.27.

Humana rose $.46 or 1.0 percent, to $46.52.

UnitedHealth rose $.34 or 1.1 percent, to $30.40.

WellPoint rose $.45 or .8 percent, to $53.51.
