NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of meat producer Tyson Foods Inc. dropped Thursday after the company said it plans to sell 20 million shares and $450 million worth of notes in a public offering.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of drugmaker Forest Laboratories Inc. fell Thursday after the company said the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office rejected claims on a patent covering its hypertension drug Bystolic.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Hibbett Sports Inc. shares dove Thursday, a day after the company's chief operating officer, Nissan Joseph, left the company over "philosophical differences" following a seven-month stay.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Goldman Sachs Group Inc. shares fell Thursday, along with the broader market, after a Credit Suisse analyst cut her profit estimates on the firm, citing weak trading and investment banking activity.
