Shares of some top staffing companies are down at 10 a.m.:

Kelly Services fell $.19 or 1.0 percent, to $18.75.

Korn Ferry fell $.23 or 1.3 percent, to $17.49.

Manpower fell $.42 or .9 percent, to $47.05.

Robert Half fell $.21 or .8 percent, to $24.75.
