Panic 2008... Profit 2009!

Fool -- Now's the time to invest! David and Tom Gardner's new book reveals their strategy for million dollar wealth.

Shares of some top insurers companies are mixed at noon:

American Internation rose $.29 or 1.4 percent, to $21.51.

MBIA fell $.45 or 2.8 percent, to $15.48.

MGIC Investments fell $.35 or 3.7 percent, to $8.99.

XL Capital fell $.04 or .2 percent, to $18.58.
