Shares of some top managed care companies are down at noon:

Aetna fell $.06 or .1 percent, to $41.04.

CIGNA fell $.32 or .8 percent, to $39.35.

Coventry Healthcare fell $.46 or 1.4 percent, to $33.40.

Humana fell $.73 or 1.7 percent, to $42.81.

UnitedHealth fell $.33 or 1.2 percent, to $27.73.

WellPoint fell $1.87 or 3.7 percent, to $48.37.
