NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Canadian diamond miner and retailer Harry Winston Diamond Corp. on Wednesday rose following a higher second-quarter profit on strong international sales that helped offset weakness in the U.S. and Japan.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of AeroVironment Inc. surged Wednesday after the maker of unmanned aircraft systems reported strong fiscal first-quarter earnings and several analysts raised their price targets and earnings estimates on the California company.
