G-III Apparel Group Ltd. late Tuesday projected full-year earnings within range of analysts' estimates.

The apparel maker said it anticipates a profit between $23.5 million and $24.4 million, or $1.35 to $1.40 per share, for the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, 2009. The company forecast revenue of $730 million.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters predict full-year net income of $1.38 per share on sales of $737.9 million.

G-III also said its fiscal third-quarter loss widened due to seasonal losses at two recently acquired companies.
