Outdoor Channel Holdings Inc. said Thursday it renewed a pact with DirecTV Inc. that will allow its namesake channel to continue to be carried by the satellite television service provider.

The multiyear distribution deal extends a relationship that began in 2002. Further terms were not disclosed.

Television network operator Outdoor Channel's programming including hunting, fishing and other outdoor-related activities.
