Royal Caribbean names Arntzen to its board

Cruise ship operator Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. said Thursday it named Morten Arntzen to its board, replacing Arvid Grudekjoen, who is retiring.
Arntzen is president and chief executive of Overseas Shipholding Group Inc., which transports crude oil, petroleum products, gas and dry bulk commodities.
He will serve on the board's environment, safety and security committee.
Royal Caribbean shares rose 52 cents to close at $27.49.
