JoS. A. Bank chief executive to retire

Men's clothing retailer JoS. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. said Friday Chief Executive Robert Wildrick will retire from that post and become chairman of the board, effective Dec. 21.
He will be replaced by R. Neal Black, who will also remain president. He has been chief merchandising officer since 2000.
Andrew A. Giordano, will become chairman emeritus and remain lead independent director.
Jos. A. Bank said it plans to make future announcements of key promotions when appropriate.
The company added that James H. Ferstl and Henry Homes III have been elected to the board.
Earlier this month the company reported its second-quarter profit grew 8 percent, while revenue grew 14 percent to $152.7 million.
Shares fell $1.15, or 3.6 percent, to $29.78 during afternoon trading.
