Among the earnings projection stories for Friday, Sept. 12, from AP Financial News:

DENVER (AP) _ Restaurant chain Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. said Friday the weakened economy has affected its third quarter profit and sales more than it had expected, adding it will likely report a profit decline for the period.

PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) _ PharmaNet Development Group Inc. predicted a full year loss and lower-than-expected revenue Friday, saying more customers canceled and delayed research contracts.
