Reinsurer PartnerRe Ltd. said Tuesday it held $110 million of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. securities _ less than 1 percent of its total investment portfolio.

On Monday, Lehman filed for bankruptcy protection.

The Bermuda-based reinsurer held $82 million in senior notes and $28 million in subordinated notes issued by Lehman.
