Virgin Mobile USA Inc. said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer John Feehan will leave in mid-November to take on the same role at identity theft protection company LifeLock.

Feehan had served as Virgin Mobile USA's CFO since 2006.

Virgin Mobile USA, the U.S. wireless arm of Richard Branson's Virgin Group, said it will conduct an external search for a new CFO.
