Maguire Properties names Shant Koumriqian CFO

Maguire Properties Inc., a Southern California-focused real estate investment trust, said it named Shant Koumriqian executive vice president and chief financial officer effective immediately.

He succeeds Martin Griffiths, who stepped down in June, the company said late Friday.

Koumriqian, who most recently served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Maguire, joined the company in July 2004.
