DynCorp International receives Kuwait contract

Military contractor DynCorp International Inc. said Wednesday it has received an Army contract for support services in Kuwait potentially valued at $77 million.
DynCorp International, based in Falls Church, Va., will be responsible for movement control operations, managing logistics and facilities needed for U.S. military personnel. It includes base camp services, life support and operations and maintenance for U.S. government facilities such as ports and airports.
The task order is for a transition period and one year. Up to four option years also may be awarded, DynCorp International said.
Shares edged up 10 cents to $12.92 shortly after the opening bell.
