E-commerce software service provider Digital River Inc. said Monday Doug Steenland, formerly chief executive of Northwest Airlines Corp., has been named to its board.
Board member Will Lansing, meanwhile will retire in May.
Shares of Digital River fell $1.15, or 4.5 percent, to $24.38.
