Erie Indemnity Co., which provides management services to members of the Erie Insurance Group, said Friday Marcia Dall will be the next chief financial officer, effective March 30.
Dall will succeed Philip Garcia, who served as CFO for the past 11 years and worked at Erie Indemnity for 28 years.
Previously, Dall served as CFO for global health services company Cigna Corp.'s health care division. She was also a corporate officer for Genworth Financial Inc., a former subsidiary of General Electric Co. While at Genworth, she served as CFO for the international and U.S. mortgage insurance segments.
In June, Erie Indemnity announced Garcia would be leaving the company by April 30. He agreed to remain with the company until it concluded its search for a new president and chief executive officer.
Shares of Erie Indemnity fell 33 cents to $34.33 in afternoon trading.
